How are staff permissions set?
By department, seniority and project team. For example, management can access all financial data, general staff only SOPs and policy documents, and legal all contracts. Permissions are managed by your IT or HR; UD provides the tools and training.
Can the AI model be customised?

How long does deployment take?

Where is data stored? Will it be used to train models?
By default in a private environment in UD's Hong Kong data centre; if you choose on-premise deployment, entirely within your own network. UD does not use your data for model training. Where closed-source model APIs are used, UD reviews each vendor's data policy during consultation and helps select enterprise-grade agreements that keep your data protected.
